At 1080p you can turn the NMS framerate lock OFF - it bumps your framerate upwards of 55 at all times it will rarely dip below 60fps but never get lower than 55 or so the Digital Foundry guys determined via testing. AMDs card sees occasional dips below 60fps but both cards easily outperform the PS4 release in the frame rate department.
