Is it ok to use baby wipes to clean dog's ears. I will use wet wipes to clean my dogs ear but am very careful when doing so. This advice is for using baby wipes or dog wipes. If one of the ingredients is Propylene GlycolI can take care of this by getting unscented free of fragrance baby wipes and making sure that my dog gets dry before I let him out of.
